Smoked Yukon River Keta Salmon

Our Smoked Keta Salmon is where it’s at folks! You wont find anything comparable available commercially because we’ve kept our process old school while others have upgraded to faster methods in order to maximize production. Our plant features open flame smokers enabling us to slowly bring up the temperature for a full 8 hours to produce that smoky flavor you are looking for. We use local hardwood, not manufactured pellets and never any liquid smoke flavoring. This style of smoking limits our production but maximizes the taste and quality of our products. Smoked Keta Salmon makes an especially great smoked fish because of it’s higher oil content. It practically melts in your mouth!

Available in original flavor (lightly sea-salted). Vacuum sealed packages come in 1/3 lb packages.
